For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 787bd website accessible at https://787bd.io, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and account management systems.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 787bd registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the 787bd Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

787bd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access the Platform using your Account.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 787bd support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. 787bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Before processing any withdrawal, 787bd may require the Player to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing the mobile financial service account number matches the Account holder's registered name).
• Source of funds declaration, at 787bd's discretion, for large or unusual transaction patterns.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. 787bd takes its anti-money-laundering obligations seriously and cooperates with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

787bd accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Currency conversion costs and exchange rate risks are entirely the Player's responsibility where such conversion occurs outside the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are as displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.

• All deposited funds must be your own money. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person.
• Deposits made with stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed funds will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
• 787bd does not accept deposits via credit facilities, loans, or any form of borrowed funds where this would constitute irresponsible gambling behaviour.
• 787bd reserves the right to decline, reverse, or investigate any deposit that appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour or raises anti-money-laundering concerns.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the Player's Account has passed all applicable KYC verification checks. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the Player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever this is technically feasible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day of approval. Approval times may be extended where additional verification is required. Once approved, funds are typically received by the Player's mobile financial service or bank account within the timescales set by the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted. Only Balance funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• 787bd reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that it deems unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern relative to the Player's deposit history.
• Where a Player has received a bonus, any pending wagering requirements must be completed or the Bonus Funds forfeited before a withdrawal of the associated real-money Balance can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended platform-wide during scheduled maintenance periods. Players will be notified of planned maintenance in advance.

787bd offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 787bd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have an active, verified 787bd Account in good standing.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Maximum bet limits apply while Bonus Funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum during a bonus cycle may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 787bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and pending winnings, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or registering an Account using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 787bd.

Game content, including game graphics, audio, and software, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider. 787bd holds valid licences to make such content available on the Platform but grants no sub-licence rights to Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 787bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

787bd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond 787bd's reasonable control (force majeure).

• Any financial losses incurred by the Player as a result of their own gambling activity, which the Player accepts is undertaken at their sole risk.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment account details — is used exclusively for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, and customer support. 787bd does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

787bd may terminate or suspend any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon termination for breach, any Account Balance that is demonstrably not derived from fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting the 787bd support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account (subject to completed KYC) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within seven (7) business days of the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the 787bd Platform operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from their use of the Platform must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims commenced after this limitation period will not be entertained.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights that Players may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside.
